Our Command Centre service is primarily software-based and designed to support the security needs of residential communities, condominiums, and commercial premises. Each site is connected to a Central Monitoring Station (C.M.S.) through an integrated alarm system installed at individual locations. When an incident occurs, the system transmits real-time alerts to the C.M.S., providing details about the nature of the emergency. This enables our team to respond promptly and appropriately, in accordance with predefined instructions set by the client. The setup ensures a seamless flow of information and reinforces proactive, centralized security management.
